Bethany will be with us on Saturday and Sunday.

“I founded my own wellbeing consultancy – Eat, Breathe, Believe – to help individuals reach optimum health and businesses create healthier working environments. My aim is simple – to assist and inspire others to improve their own health through the food they eat, the lifestyle they live and the thoughts they believe.

My interest in nutrition and wellbeing started when I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) in early 2013. At the time, doctors told me there was nothing they could do. I refused to accept this and went in search of support to help me take control of my health. I worked with natural and holistic health professionals to make changes to my diet and lifestyle and transformed my health. I have now fully recovered from Chronic Fatigue, am healthier than I’ve ever been and want to help others find their healthiest, happiest selves!”

We are so happy Bethany is going to come to Unwind to share her knowledge on a subject that is essential to wellbeing. She suggested a selection of talks that were all so good it was hard to choose two, but we felt that you would find these really useful and interesting…

“How to break free from sugar cravings” will explain the truth about sugar and how it impacts on your health. You will learn what it really means when a product is “refined sugar-free” and top tips to help you ditch sugar for good and find a more energetic and happier you.

In Bethany’s talk “Gut Feeling”, you will find out how and why keeping your gut healthy is at the root of all wellbeing, what you can do to keep it happy, and the chance to sample some functional gut healthy foods.

Both talks will include a cooking demonstration and the opportunity to sample some really healthy and delicious food. Learning and eating – surely there’s no better combination!
